- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 3 tablespoons coconut cream
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1/8 teaspoon mint extract
- 1 tablespoon cacao nibs or keto-friendly chocolate chips
- 1 scoop Perfect Keto MCT Matcha powder
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 scoop Perfect Keto Base, vanilla or chocolate sea salt (optional)
- Add all ingredients except cacao nibs/chocolate to a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth.
- Add cacao nibs/chocolate and pulse to combine.
- Serve immediately, optionally topped with whipped cream and/or additional cacao nibs/chocolate
