  • Cream together cream cheese, butter, nut butter, and coconut butter until smooth.
  • Add sweetener, coconut flour, and salt. Mix until a "dough" texture forms. Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Chill keto cookie dough mixture for about 15 minutes, or until firm enough to handle easily.
  • Scoop into 20 portions, about 1 rounded tablespoon each.
  • Store refrigerated to up to one week, or freeze for longer.
