These keto chocolate chip cookie dough fat bombs are packed with a variety of healthy fats to keep them satisfying and low carb.
Servings: 20 fat bombs
Cream together cream cheese, butter, nut butter, and coconut butter until smooth.
Add sweetener, coconut flour, and salt. Mix until a "dough" texture forms. Fold in chocolate chips.
Chill keto cookie dough mixture for about 15 minutes, or until firm enough to handle easily.
Scoop into 20 portions, about 1 rounded tablespoon each.
Store refrigerated to up to one week, or freeze for longer.
