  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1/8 teaspoon mint extract
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs or keto-friendly chocolate chips
  • 1 scoop Perfect Keto MCT Matcha powder
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 scoop Perfect Keto Base, vanilla or chocolate sea salt (optional)


  1. Add all ingredients except cacao nibs/chocolate to a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. Add cacao nibs/chocolate and pulse to combine.
