Low Carb Peaches and Cream Ketone Gummy Bears

Ingredients
Peach Gummy Bears
- 1 envelope (~1T.) unflavored gelatin
- 1 0.3oz box sugar free peach gelatin mix
- 1 scoop Peaches & Cream Perfect Keto Base
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
Cream Gummy Bears
- 2 envelopes (~2T.) unflavored gelatin
- 1 scoop Perfect Keto MCT Oil Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon cold water
- 1 tablespoon granulated sweetener (more or less to taste)
Instructions
- Bring a small pot of water to a simmer over medium heat.
Peach Gummy Bears
- Add dry ingredients to a heat-safe measuring cup or bowl and stir to combine.
- Add liquid ingredients and stir again until a paste forms.
- Place the heat-safe container with the gelatin mixture into the simmering water, creating a makeshift double boiler. Stir regularly over the course of a few minutes until the gelatin is dissolved, and the mixture resembles a syrup instead of a paste. Be careful not to overheat it.
- Using an eyedropper, funnel, or other tool, carefully fill a gummy bear mold with the now liquid gelatin mixture. Chill molds in the refrigerator for ~10 minutes, or in the freezer for ~3 minutes to set.
Cream Gummy Bears
- Repeat above steps for the second set of ingredients.
Storage
- Store in the fridge in a Ziploc bag or other sealed container.
